Custom Order Terms and Conditions for Botanical Art
The Details:
Pricing: Custom colour requests include a flat design fee (equivalent to £12 GBP) added to the standard retail price of your chosen item.
The Process: Once we agree on your colours, I will send you a private link to your custom product page where you can select your preferred size and framing.
Production Time: Please allow 7 working days (Monday to Friday) for custom design work, plus standard delivery times for your physical product to arrive.
Returns: As these are custom-made to your colour specifications, all sales are final once production begins.
